At its 2014 20th Session, the 36-members of Council elected Mr. Tommo Monthe (Cameroon) as its President.

The ISA Council also elected representatives of Czech Republic (Eastern European Group)Argentina (Latin American and Caribbean Group), Bangladesh (Asia-Pacific) and Netherlands (Western European and Others Group) as Vice Presidents.
